Scheme Amendments and Rezoning applications
We assist with SPLUMA applications to change land use rights, including residential, commercial and mixed-use developments. This includes preparing motivation reports, managing submissions and coordinating the approval process.
Consent use applications
We assist in securing consent for additional land uses permitted under existing zoning, as well as relaxations to Development Controls such as building lines, coverage, floor area ratio (FAR) and parking.
Subdivision and consolidation
We assist with restructuring land parcels to facilitate development, including subdivision and consolidation applications.
Removal of restrictive title conditions
We assist in removing or amending title deed restrictions that limit development potential.
Development approvals and planning advice
